Description of Service

TempDrive offers a temporary file storage and sharing platform. Key features include:

• Secure, temporary file upload and storage (maximum 100 MB per file)
• Unique, time-limited shareable download links
• QR code generation for convenient mobile access
• Automatic file deletion after seven (7) days
• Optional peer-to-peer transfer for local devices

User Responsibilities

By using TempDrive, you agree to:

• Upload only files you have the legal right to share
• Comply with all applicable local, national, and international laws
• Refrain from attempting unauthorized access to any part of the service
• Avoid any activity that disrupts or impairs service performance
• Acknowledge that files are automatically purged after the stated retention period

Prohibited Activities

You may NOT use TempDrive to store or distribute:

• Illegal, fraudulent, or malicious content
• Copyrighted or trademarked material without proper authorization
• Malware, viruses, or any code designed to damage or disrupt
• Explicit, adult, or sexually suggestive material
• Content that promotes violence, discrimination, or hatred
• Private personal information of third parties without consent
• Spam, phishing attempts, or unsolicited advertising

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, TempDrive and its operator shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
• Loss of data, files, or profits resulting from service use or interruption
• Unauthorized access to files due to user error or third‑party actions
• Any damages arising from reliance on shared files or links

The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

Termination

We reserve the right to:

• Suspend or terminate access immediately, with or without notice
• Remove any content that violates these terms or poses a security risk
• Modify, discontinue, or restrict any feature of the service
• Update these terms; continued use constitutes acceptance of changes
